Formal Invitation Letter

If you require a formal invitation letter, you may indicate so as part of the registration process. Alternatively, please reach out to request a formal invitation letter to info@waceinc.org.

Kindly note we strongly encourage an early Visa application as it may take a couple months to process. Please see a list of countries that require a Visa to enter Sweden here.

Additionally, it is expected that the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) will be operational from mid-2025. Please visit here for more information and to stay up to date. Visa-exempt travellers will require an ETIA for travel authorization when in operation. The WACE Office and University West will continue to monitor news of this travel authorization.

Fees

IRS 2024 will be in held in-person in Trollhättan, Sweden. All conference fees will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you are unable to complete a payment at the time of registration with our online payment system, please contact Calandra Muller at info@wace.org.

Making Payment

As part of the registration process, you will receive an invoice with any applicable taxes that must be paid within 15 minutes of registration. 

If you are unable to complete payment at time of registration with online payment, please contact WACE Office at info@waceinc.org.

Cancellation Policy

All conference fees may be refunded until Friday, June 7, 2024.

A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged for all registration cancellations to cover administrative costs.
